When I see Jason Bateman, I don't automatically think "prestige drama". According to Netflix's plot summary, Marty is "the top money launderer for the second largest drug cartel in Mexico".

In Netflix's new drama series Ozark, Jason Bateman must figure out how to make his family of four disappear from their suburban home in Chicago.

He's previously stepped behind the camera to direct Arrested Development episode "Afternoon Delight", and released his directorial feature-length debut Bad Words co-starring Allison Janney in 2013.

Bill Dubuque and Mark Williams are the creators of Ozark, and I am here for their show. Based on the first trailer for the series, he's in way over his head, and in a sea of fear, danger, fire, and cash.

Do You Have What It Takes to Be a Professional Cat Cuddler?
You'll also need to be "softly spoke" and "capable of cat whispering" to calm the nerves of more nervous cats. A cats-only veterinary clinic in Dublin seeks a professional "cat cuddler" to help care for patients.

With their teenage kids Charlotte and Jonah in tow, the Byrdes are exactly what many would call a "normal" family with "ordinary" lives.

Starring alongside him as his wife Wendy is Oscar-nominated actress Laura Linney, while Esai Morales, Julia Garner, Marc Menchaca, Jason Butler Harner, and Harris Yulin also star.

Grounded in dark reality, the story revolves around financial planner Marty and his family's sudden relocation from the suburbs of Chicago to a summer resort community in the Missouri Ozarks.
