Warriors' Game 5 win wraps up highly-watched NBA Finals

It was only a week ago that Rasheed Wallace said that his 2003-04 National Basketball Association champion Detroit Pistons squad would "run through" this year's Golden State Warriors team. Every dollar you give buys four meals for the hungry.

"Creating a trade that makes sense for Cleveland and the team that acquires Love is hard, but there is one possible deal that would work for all parties involved: Love for Paul George".

It was the first time in 61 years that any major North American sports league had such a trilogy play out, the most recent being the NHL's Montreal Canadiens and Detroit Red Wings in 1954-56. But they wouldn't have found a way to get not only back in the game, but far enough out in front to hold the lead for good had they not figured out a way to at least momentarily shut down a Cleveland attack that had bedeviled them for five-plus quarters in a row.

"All the tactics that he used to get elected are the very things that someone like me, who works with youth on a consistent basis, are the things that we try to talk our young folks out of being". He won a championship, and then we were close and didn't win one.

The Cavaliers, led by stars LeBron James' 41 points and Kyrie Irving's 26, repeatedly battled back and pulled Cleveland within striking distance of Golden State in the second half. If a superstar can get about the same salary by switching to a much better team, there's little incentive not to do so.

Trump tells senators House health bill 'mean'
While the bill is likely to look similar to the House AHCA on many major aspects, several key issues will decide whether Senate Republican leaders can get the bill passed.

This point was made gracefully by columnist Sally Jenkins in The Washington Post: "The Warriors, attractive public figures as they are, have a unique ability to cut through all the shouting and perform an act of critical social activism: They can be exemplars of political civility at a time when it's most needed".

Iguodala, who was the 2015 finals MVP, had another award worthy game as he scored 20 points on the night, 12 crucial ones in the first quarter which included a series of thunderous dunks that LeBron didn't want any part of. "I left everything I had out on the floor every single game for five games in this Finals, and you come up short". He pouted in 11 of the 24 points during the game-deciding run - nine of them on a trio of 3-pointers, each a different style (step-back, pull-up, spot-up) than the last.

The Cavaliers shot 53.4 percent from the field and 45.8 percent on 3-pointers, but were outrebounded 42-40 and outscored 23-15 at the free-throw line. "That's all you can ask". Twelve of the Warriors' 16 playoff wins this postseason were by double digits.

Golden State Warriors fans are waking up early to secure a spot along the team's parade route in Oakland, California.
