Shia LeBeouf has once again landed on the wrong side of law enforcement after being arrested for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness in Savannah, Georgia. After being denied the cigarette he was seeking, Shia LaBeouf reportedly "became disorderly" by using profanities and vulgar language.

LaBeouf was asked to leave, but allegedly refused and became aggressive toward an officer, according to TMZ.

A few weeks ago, LaBeouf was also spotted urinating in the ocean on Tybee Island in Georgia while filming the flick, photos obtained by Just Jared revealed. He was facing public drunkenness, obstruction and disorderly conduct charges.

According to NBC, the actor is in the Savannah area filming his new movie, "The Peanut Butter Falcon". Details of his arrest have yet to be revealed and his reps aren't responding to requests for comment.

One white man (not LaBeouf) was booked for "possession of drug-related objects"; none were booked for marijuana possession.
