Cadaver dogs led police to the makeshift grave on the 90-acre property along Route 202 in Solebury Township where several law enforcement agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation, have been searching for any signs of the missing men, according to Weintraub.

A search that has captivated Pennsylvania has led to heartbreaking results for one family as investigators recover the body of Dean Finocchiaro.

But, Weintraub says there is a big difference between being a person of interest and being able to charge someone. Officials found Finocchiaro and other human remains that have not yet been identified.

Pennsylvania authorities and the Federal Bureau of Investigation are searching for four young men between the ages of 19 and 22 who vanished within days of each other last week, one on Wednesday and three on Friday. One of the missing, Patrick, attended a Catholic high school for boys with the suspect.

DiNardo was arrested Wednesday on charges of trying to sell Meo's auto. News crews gathered Thursday morning at the Bucks County Courthouse in Doylestown in anticipation of a reported appearance by Mr. DiNardo's parents before a grand jury on Thursday, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported. -Meo's mother calls police to report him missing.

DiNardo's social media posts showed the 20 year old retaining an avid interest in hunting, fishing and Air Jordan sneakers. -Meo's Nissan Maxima is found at a property owned by the DiNardo family in the 2800 block of Aquetong Road.

Weintraub said an unnamed witness told authorities that DiNardo had attempted to sell the auto to him for $500.

Fire and rescue crews on Thursday were using plywood to help shore up the deep grave as investigators worked inside under intense heat and choking dust.

He was released from custody Tuesday night, after DiNardo's father posted 10 percent of a $1 million bail. Meo was never known to go anywhere without his medication.

DiNardo, 20, who once sold guns and marijuana and bragged about having someone killed over a debt, was arrest on a $5 million cash bail.

Sturgis' father said his son and Meo are longtime friends and "Finocchiaro is a mutual friend of theirs", The Associated Press reported.

Finocchiaro was last seen Friday around 6 PM getting into a vehicle and has not been seen or heard from since.

No one has been charged in Finocchiaro's death or the disappearance of the other men.

As to the relationships among the four men who have been described in loose terms as friends, "I know more than I'm sharing", the district attorney said, but he can't release it because it could threaten the integrity of the investigation. "We just don't know how many homicides", Weintraub said.
