Coulter sparks twitter row over seat in Delta Airlines

She went on to say: "But at least @Delta was nice @ it, summarily snatching my ticket from my hand & ordering me to move w/o explanation, compensation or apology".

Coulter was forced to give up additional leg room on a flight, by having her seat changed, according to the Daily Mail.

But because she's Ann Coulter, the tweets were filled with unnecessary insults to the flight attendants, employee training, and even the "dachshund-legged" woman who took her original seat. If Delta had approached Coulter and said, "This young woman would like to sit with her family, and three seats weren't available together - do you mind moving?" perhaps Coulter would have willingly done so. Animal handler? Stasi policeman? "Here's the woman given my PRE-BOOKED seat". NOT ROBOTS! Globalism & mass immigration.

And Delta, unbelievably enough, took to Twitter to snark back.

- Ann Coulter (@AnnCoulter) July 16, 2017Great article.

Coulter, who did not reply to questions from The Washington Post, has not disputed Delta's account of her seating arrangements.

"We are disappointed that the customer has chosen to publicly attack our employees and other customers by posting derogatory and slanderous comments and photos in social media", the airline tweeted.

US Dollar Looking Vulnerable Ahead of US Inflation and Retail Sales Data
U.S. consumer prices were unchanged in June and retail sales fell for a second straight month, pointing to tame inflation. It's not usually a market mover but with so much attention on inflation at the moment, this report could be an exception.

"Her actions are unnecessary and unacceptable", the airline wrote Sunday.

In a separate statement, Delta added, "Each of our employees is charged with treating each other as well as our customers with dignity and respect". And we hold each other accountable when that does not happen.

But some thought Coulter's response was warranted - and some admitted they had experienced similar incidents while flying with Delta.

The flight's crew reported that despite initial confusion with the seats, all customers complied with the changes and there were no problems or concerns escalated. The mix up that actually set off the tweet story came at the time of boarding when Delta accidentally moved Coulter to 15A, a window seat.

We don't know how long Coulter spent to "investigate" the seating layout on her plane.

Coulter's tweets generated a fair amount of support from others on social media, with some of her backers saying they would not fly with the USA airline.

If a driver behind your vehicle is honking the horn for you to get a move on, don't shoot them the bird, don't go slower to aggravate them even more, just pull over.
