Video shows babysitters putting infant in refrigerator

The video apparently shows one of the girls opening the refrigerator to show a screaming baby inside.

The footage appeared to show a babysitter laying the infant sideways on a shelf, saying "bye" - and then closing the door.

Someone notified police of the video, and officers arrested the teens, who are both charged with child endangerment, assault and battery with a unsafe weapon.

Their names are being withheld because of their age.

Ambrose said the child is with a parent and is "doing well".

The infant's mother told local media she had asked her niece and her niece's friend to watch the 7-month-old for a few minutes while she took a shower.

Mississauga Church Pastor Released from North Korea
The church has taken on numerous humanitarian projects in North Korea, one of which prompted Lim's last trip there in January 2015.

"The two juvenile females were charged with child endangerment as a result of a video showing their involvement with a child being placed in a refrigerator", Ambrose wrote. "I'm traumatized from that". She didn't - I know she wouldn't hurt my daughter, and that wasn't her intentions.

NECN quoted the baby's mother as saying, "I was horrified. I don't want anyone near my child anymore".

She says the baby is fine, but she'll be hesitant about leaving her with anyone again.

The girls, who are from the nearby Swampscott area, were arrested Tuesday after the video was reported to the Department of Children and Families (DCF).

"Be careful who you leave your children with".

"You can't trust anyone", she told the station, "not even your own family".
