We're drawing nigh on the one-year anniversary of Google's Pixel smartphones, the company's first foray into creating its own smartphone hardware. However, new reports indicate that the Pixel 2 may look exactly like the original Pixel, while the XL version will get the bezels cut down.

Next up is the anticipated Portrait Mode, which is surprising as the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL have been spotted sporting just a single camera on the rear side.

What Google is trying to imply is that time has come for Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P owners to start looking for a new smartphone.

China trade with North Korea at $604.27 mln in August
North Korea has already been declared as a rogue state; so by definition it can do whatever it wants. He blasted Trump's maiden speech to the UN General Assembly as "unprecedented rude nonsense".

One of those details, which he claims is from a new source who has apparently played around with Verizon's Pixel 2, is an always-on song recognition feature. Among all of the features mentioned above, Artem also confirms the inclusion of "Squeeze" feature that will launch Google Assistant on the new smartphones. Expect both to have improved chipsets and Snapdragon 836 processors; all the newest high-end Androids, like Samsung's Galaxy S8, S8+ and Note 8, have Snapdragon 835 processors - the Snapdragon 836 processor is expected to debut mid-year with minor performance improvements over the 835, which would give Google the edge. Additionally, the smartphone will have an always-listening "Music Recognition" feature on software, which is even not included along with the Google Assistant. The feature is said to be similar to the Portrait Mode that's already available on the iPhone 7 Plus and iPhone 8 Plus.

There are bound to be plenty of other features announced at the event, but those are some of the biggest things we know as of now. The Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL will be launched on October 4 and we will be covering it live straight from California, so stay tuned. Aside from more smudge marks, this new design will likely enable the phones to support Qi wireless charging. The Pixel XL 2 is expected to cost $850 for 64GB and $950 for 128GB.
