New York Giants Wide Receiver Odell Beckham Suffers Fractured Left Ankle

Within hours of learning the expected news that Odell Beckham Jr. would be undergoing season-ending ankle surgery, Marshall announced on Instagram Monday night that he would be following in Beckham's footsteps and going under the knife as well.

Brandon Marshall sustained an ankle injury Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers, and he will undergo season-ending surgery.

Marshall finishes the season with 18 receptions for 154 yards and no touchdowns.

"I spoke to Odell after the game", McAdoo told reporters Monday afternoon.

Beckham by the 2018 season could be good as new.

India wins toss and bowls against Australia in 1st T20
Indian bowlers performed in unison as Australia were restricted to a meagre 118 for 8 when rain stopped play after 18.4 overs. David Warner who led Sunrisers Hyderabad to an IPL title previous year will lead the team in Smith's absence.

Dwayne Harris, who also returns punts and kickoffs, will have surgery Tuesday for a broken foot, while Sterling Shepard was hurt on the same series as Marshall.

After that, the No. 1 wideout is Roger Lewis, who was the only available wide receiver during the game on Sunday. He left the game on a cart at MetLife Stadium. To fill in, they re-signed Tavarres King, who played for them last season and was cut at the end of the preseason, and promoted rookie Travis Rudolph from their practice squad. Hogan was terrific for the Browns, completing 16-of-19 passes for 194 yards and two touchdowns in two quarters of work. Both Marshall and Harris will miss the rest of the season.

The quarterback received treatment on his leg but would not say much about his injury.

McAdoo knows the Giants (0-5) have basically no chance of making the playoffs for a second straight year. This includes the promotion of wide receiver Ed Eagan from the practice squad to the active roster.

The only way a deal gets done this offseason is if the Giants come up with a more modest, placeholder contract and Beckham accepts it, which is unlikely. Without providing a specific timetable, head coach Sean McDermott said Clay will miss "multiple weeks". He finishes his fourth National Football League season with 25 receptions for 302 yards and three touchdowns.
