Ghost of Tsushima Revealed at Paris Games Week

Samurai warriors are the legendary defenders of Japan - until the fearsome Mongol Empire invades the island of Tsushima, wreaking havoc and conquering the local population.

No release has now been confirmed for the Ghost of Tsushima. As we get more information, we'll be sure to update you.

Sucker Punch made its first game for the Nintendo 64 back in 1999, and then went on to create the Sly Cooper series on the PS2 and Infamous on PS3.

If you watched Sony's conference today at Paris Games Week, then you probably found yourself wondering when the new exclusive trailers were shown: "What is this handsome Asian-themed trailer about?"

Just looking at its name and description, Ghost of Tsushima seems to be a stealth action game. But, honorable tactics won't lead you to victory.

Sucker Punch revealed its latest game, Ghost of Tsushima, during today's PlayStation press conference at Paris Games Week.

Ghost of Tsushima takes place during Japan's feudal period. Along the way, players will be forced to abandon their traditional ways and embrace a style of fighting referred to as the "way of the Ghost".

Sucker Punch has been relatively quiet since the release of its last title Infamous: Second Son and that game's standalone expansion, Infamous: First Light.

"We've been working on this game for three-and-a-half years, and it's exciting to be at a spot where we're finally able to share with the world what we've been working on". We don't have a release date yet, but we know it's coming to PS4, and, as is often the case with PS4 exclusives, we probably shouldn't expect it before last 2018.
