The Broncos are in quarterback hell

The Denver Broncos won't commit to Trevor Siemian at quarterback after their third-straight turnover-filled loss.

Things came to a head Monday night against the Kansas City Chiefs, with three interceptions and a couple of inexplicable throws, and Broncos head coach Vance Joseph wavered from his prior firm commitment to Siemian as the starting quarterback after the game.

"If something is done guys I want to meet with the players first, meaning the quarterbacks and the coaches and with our football team before we put anything out there publicly so nothing is going to happen tonight by no means", noted Joseph. Our offensive line blocked [well] and we ran the ball for 177 [yards] and the pass pro was better, but it all falls back to turning the ball over five times.

President Trump takes action on United States opioid crisis
Drugs, especially like opioids, represent a serious and strong threat to Americans' health and safety. It is the leading cause of death for Americans under 50. "They're part of a public health response".

"That's insane. You can't win turning the ball over five times". "We know we have the ability to be pretty good, it's just tough when you're having to play two teams - you can't play the Denver Broncos and play another team". "Our defense played winning football".

Despite the trouble, the Broncos closed to within 20-13 at the end of the third quarter, but Siemian threw his third interception with 6 minutes, 23 seconds remaining in the game. With three touchdowns and eight interceptions over the last five games, while only topping 260 yards through the air once in that span, Siemian has played his way out of the starting job. Those numbers alone make Siemian "benchable", but what's more alarmingly, is the fact that the Broncos have gone just 1-4 in during that time. The Broncos are now ranked No. 19, a big drop from their No. 4 ranking earlier this season. "But again, when you lose three in a row and how we lost". "Obviously Paxton is still healing up", stated Joseph. "But right now we're giving games away and all four losses look the same".

While Siemian's job remains safe for right now, there is no doubting that the pressure is on him to start performing. There are no ideal calls.
