Patrice Evra: What really caused Marseille star to KUNG-FU kick supporter

He joined Marseille from Juventus in January.

Things got a bit heated at tonight's Marseille v Vitória SC with Patrice Evra kicking one of his own supporters in the head before the match even began!

The Daily Express says Evra can expect "certain sanction by UEFA" after the ugly incident and if found guilty he can expect a lengthy ban.

The statement also added a veiled defense of Evra's actions by condemning "pseudo fans, who insult their team's players when they should be supporting them".

An "aggressive discussion" seemed to take place and reports are saying that Evra heard one of the fans insulting him.

And as the crowd attempts to jump over advertising boards pitch-side, Evra appears to throw a kick at a fan's face before being dragged away by a team-mate.

With BlizzCon 2017 having already kicked off, many have been curious as to what Blizzard will unveil at the event. Her ultimate looks like a combined super-beam that heals all allies caught in it, or drains all enemies.

In what will surely be a pub quiz question in years to come, Evra, who was listed as a substitute, was sent off by the referee before kick-off in Portugal.

"Pat has experience, and he must not react".

"At all times, a professional player must keep his cool in the face of provocations and insults, no matter how harsh or unjustified", Marseille said in a statement.

He has made just two appearances for the club in all competitions this season, though.

Former Manchester United forward Eric Cantona received an eight month suspension after he kicked a fan at Crystal Palace.

Further to UEFA investigation's into Evra, the governing body has charged Marseille with breaches of Article 16 of its disciplinary regulations: namely the "field invasion by supporters, the setting-off of fireworks and acts of damages".
