The rest of the specs are quite similar, the phone is powered by a Snapdragon 835 processor and comes in two variant options (64GB/4GB or 128GB/6GB).

The audio department has been significantly upgraded with HTC's Boom sound Hi-Fi speaker which produce deeper base and are 30 % louder than the U11. Interestingly, the front-facing camera is staying put at 16MP. The fingerprint scanner, which can be found on the front of the U11, has moved to the back, right under the camera. As with the U11, this smartphone is equipped with HTC Edge Sense technology, enabling users to squeeze the sides of the device to take photos, open an email, or automatically launch an app or game.
