We are sensitive to demands of Andhra MPs: Government

Seeking justice to Andhra Pradesh, which was not given its due in the Union Budget, introduced by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley in the ongoing session of Parliament, Telugu Desam Party MPs will be meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi shortly.

A TDP leader from Andhra Pradesh, who did not want to be identified, said his party is on the verge of leaving the alliance, but is still testing waters with the hope that things might still get sorted out. It should be noted here that during the TD Parliamentary Party meeting, Rajnath Singh called Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and assured him that all issues would be resolved. The TDP seems to be moving forward in the direction of separating its ways while the BJP is all set to check this unwanted development at a time when its political promptness pulls off a plunge into Karnataka assembly polls.

Chowdhary, on February 1, had warned that the TDP had three options before it, namely, (1) either try and continue the alliance (2) make their MPs resign and (3) simply terminate an association with the BJP and the NDA.

Why is porn ok but grid girls aren't?
A joint statement from governing body the FIA and the F1 Group said the choice would be made "on merit or by lottery". Instead of using grid girls, Formula E allowed kids to take up the role, hopefully inspiring the next generation.

Secondly, the Centre would tighten its screw on release of funds for Naidu's projects like Polavaram and Amaravati (which would be released in different forms) by raising several queries and both the projects would come to a halt, causing enormous damage to the TDP's electoral prospects. "If the alliance does break, the party will go ahead and say that only Naidu can save AP from its problems as the centre is not giving funds", he said. Its warning came shortly after another disgruntled ally, the Shiv Sena, publicly slammed the BJP for treating its allies improperly and threatened to sever the partnership. On 23 January, Thackeray had declared that the Sena, another NDA constituent, would fight the next round of elections alone.

He is contemplating launching a pressure group within NDA by joining hands with the other allies of the BJP in other states. The TDP sources said that according to Naidu, the by-poll results are a clear example that people will be unsparing if governance is not good. Earlier on Sunday, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu held a crucial meeting with the party MPs, senior MLAs and leaders in Amaravati.
