Yankees to give Russell Wilson an at-bat vs. Braves

On Friday afternoon, though, he put an exclamation point on his week in Tampa, Fla.: He took an at-bat in New York's game against the Braves. After chasing the first pitch he saw - a high fastball that he just missed and fouled back hard - Wilson worked a 2-2 count before striking out on a fastball.

Wilson couldn't wear his usual jersey number 3 for his spring-training cameo with the Yankees this week in Florida because, as he joked, it was taken (by Ruth, forever).

The Seahawks know what Wilson is about, so they knew he would bring the same intensity to his spring training regimen that he did to his preparation for the National Football League schedule. He's extraordinarily dedicated to doing everything right. He appeared at spring training with the Texas Rangers after they acquired him in the 2013 Rule 5 draft.

"He has a dream and as a kid he always wanted to play with the Yankees, so he's been hanging out with those guys".

But when she appears before the camera she transforms herself, like a "fire" she will be electrifying, Rajinikanth recalled. Considering the fact that she had made a comeback to films, the industry and her legion of fans will certainly miss her.

"He's not doing a great job of going with pitches away from him", Carroll said.

While Carroll's scouting report may have been a creative way to deflect a question he did not want to answer, he did offer some support saying he did not think there was anything wrong with Wilson training with the Yankees during the offseason. "So we will see what happens".

Yankees general manager Brian Cashman said that although Lind has outfield experience, he was added for his glove at first base and the possibility for his bat off the bench.

"I just felt it was time", Carroll said. So he let me know what was going on with the Yankees, so I kind of got a scoop there. I think there's tremendous upside and I know he thinks that too.
