Of the two, the Huawei P20 is the least interesting.

Both phones appear well-designed and carefully crafted, as you would expect from Huawei by now - the new blue-purple Twilight gradient color looks especially eye-catching - and from our first impressions at least, it seems Huawei has really pulled out all the stops with the camera technology this year.

The cutbacks start with the internal specification.

"With a breakthrough triple camera on the Huawei P20 Pro, an advanced dual camera on the Huawei P20, and powerful artificial intelligence on both, today's most vibrant consumers can capture and share the brilliance of the world around them", according to Richard Yu, Chief Executive Officer, Huawei Consumer Business Group. Both boast a beyond full HD 2,240 x 1,080 resolution that is said to provide even richer detail. That's not a problem in and of itself. The P20 Pro features a dual-tone paint job that shifts color depending on how it catches the light, giving the phone a unique aesthetic that certainly stands out from a sea of black and grey smartphones. Instead of OLED, with its flawless black level and vivid colours, the Huawei P20 has an RGBW LCD screen. The P20 doesn't come with OIS, which is only available on the Pro version. The P20 also has a smile release, which is possible through the sensors located in the notch.

It should be noted that the P20 and P20 Pro sport an iPhone X style notch on the screen though it is significantly smaller than the Apple phone as it only houses the front camera, earpiece and several sensors.

Otherwise, it has very similar specs as the P20 Pro, from its 4,000mAh battery to its IP67-rated water and dust resistance.

Egypt coach Cuper declares Salah among world's best
He said: " Mohamed Salah would be foolish to leave Liverpool right now, he's in a place which is the ideal fit for him". Creeping up the table, and doing fantastically in the Champions League . "I think it's a massive game for both teams".

Huawei P20 and Huawei P20 Pro smartphones are just one day away from launch and yet the leaks are still pouring in. At the front and rear, it's clad in smooth-to-the-touch glass which is slightly curved at the edges. The phone comes in either black or red. In fact, DxOMark is quite confident that the triple camera setup of the phone is an actual game changer.

That should perform just as well as any other flagship smartphone out there. While the HTC U11 showed an iridescent design a year ago that was somewhat similar, Huawei brought it to the next level by using "non-conductive vacuum metalizing" in order to give us a unique gradient finish on the Huawei P20 Pro, unlike anything we've seen before.

The Kirin 970 chipset from the Mate 10 Pro is back. There's a monochrome lens, RGB lens and telephoto lens, paired with 40, 20 and 8 megapixel sensors respectively. There's a 20MP monochrome sensor separated from the other two sensors with f/1.6 aperture.

I'm not convinced that the ability to boost ISO sensitivity to 102,400 will produce anything but horribly grainy images, but the 960fps 720 video mode ought to be good for a laugh if nothing else.

Huawei says that the camera sensor in its P20 Pro is the largest yet in a smartphone. The series demonstrates Helena's skill and dexterity as a photographer, effortlessly complemented by the incredible HUAWEI P20 Pro - bringing technology and creativity together in one flawless art form. In addition, HUAWEI AIS steadies handheld night shots for incredible long exposure images without a tripod. For now, it is more about capturing a scene properly, and even composing it better, with the AI platform able to tell you how to get a better shot based on your individual view.
