Samsung Galaxy Note9 could be launched earlier than expected, courtesy Galaxy S9
After launching the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus, Samsung is now gearing up to launch the next-generation Galaxy Note series smartphone - the Samsung Galaxy Note 9.
The prediction is based on reports that Samsung Display will start producing OLED panel for the Note 9 in April, two months earlier than the usual June. There might just be a reason behind this, as reports out of South Korea claim that the company is going to release the phone ahead of schedule.
Samsung mentioned that they were bringing back FM radio support with the Galaxy S9, which is a feature that's typically present-but-disabled in Samsung flagships. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 was unveiled in late August and went on sale in mid-September. Geekbench reveals that the Note 9 will be powered by Snapdragon 845 processor. The device is expected to be Galaxy Note 9 as the U.S. version of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is the SM-N950U.
Customers haven't responded to the Galaxy S9 as well as Samsung had hoped they would, which makes sense since it's essentially an iterative update over the groundbreaking Galaxy S8.
CDC Warns Possible Second Wave of Flu This Season
Winter is over but flu season is not! The CDC notes that influenza B can be every bit as deadly as other strains of the virus. It is possible for people who've been sick with one strain of the flu to get a different strain in the same season.
There will be three storage variants of Note 9- 64GB, 128GB and 256GB. Vodafone subscribers purchasing the latest Samsung flagship smartphones will be eligible to receive a 12-month Netflix subscription worth Rs.6,000 on Red Postpaid plan.
The devices were launched in India earlier this month. You can also expect the integration of an under-display fingerprint sensor alongside Iris scanner.
The video starts off with the launch of a set selection of apps - one by one.
That's all we know about Galaxy Note 9 at the moment.
