A new cinematic trailer can now be watched online or upon booting up the game itself, and reveals that a barrage of comets have indeed crash landed onto the map, destroying familiar infrastructure and changing its very topography in serious ways.

However, Epic Games is doing its best not to unveil any exciting news about the upcoming season and this is leaving fans wanting for more which we have to admit that is a great marketing technique. But as well as the standard weekly challenges, there are a handful of brand new challenges unique to season 4. It appears that it has struck in Dusty Depot, leaving a vast impact crater. It's a drive-in movie theater, complete with the giant projector screen that the comet burst through in the season 4 announcement video. The rocks will grant them low gravity for some period, allowing them to jump higher and move faster. You will also get new gear, and recruit a team of superheroes to help you on your quest to save the remaining population from the onslaught of storm freaks.

You can't rest when you're at the top, though. This leads us to believe the season 4 will be superhero themed. The update also brings some map changes for the Battle Royale mode, but Tilted Towers - a skyscraper-filled city in the center of the island - has survived.

Leahy grills Sessions on Cohen
Sessions says there's no question the president has the authority to issue pardons without the Justice Department's involvement. Sessions said in response, adding that it would be "inappropriate" to discuss it. "I'm just not able to do that".

The game itself can be downloaded for free for any of the already mentioned platforms - PlayStation, Xbox, PC, Mac and iOS users on mobile. However, the Fortnite Season 4 theme is still not known, and details would start rolling over as Season 4 is adopted massively. The comet finally comes crashing down to begin Season 4 of Fortnite and brings with it some changes to both Battle Royale and Save the World. Visit the crater and you'll find glowing rocks all around.

There have also been a number of changes to the user interface, created to make the player experience more seamless. While their is a mix of special forces/soldier types mixed in, we also see super hero skins such as Carbide, Valor, and the Tier 100 Omega. Furthermore, you'll find numerous gameplay changes such as the ability to destroy structures on the starting island (well, not the Battle Bus), slightly reduced hitbox sizes for players' hands and support for the 4:3 aspect ratio.
