Tom Arnold files police report against Mark Burnett for battery

"I'm waiting for LAPD", Arnold tweeted.

However, Burnett's wife, Roma Downey - who, like Arnold, is a member of the executive host committee for the party - shared a photo of her injured hand and tweeted: "Got this bruise tonight when Tom Arnold tried to ambush my husband Mark and me at a charity event".

Arnold has targeted Burnett for months as part of his upcoming Viceland TV series "The Hunt for the Trump Tapes", which premieres Tuesday.

Arnold responded to Downey accusing her of lying about the incident.

Comedian Tom Arnold filed a police report Monday over an incident involving the producer of the "The Apprentice" at a weekend pre-Emmy Awards party, police said.

"Tom Arnold met with West L.A. officers and a battery report is being completed", said LAPD Det. "It's getting to the point where Mark is seriously sick of Tom hounding him, and last night was the final straw", our source went on to say.

Tropical-force winds extend 200 miles from the middle of the storm, meaning coastal North Carolina is already feeling their power. Storm surge warnings, hurricane warnings, and tropical storm warnings are in effect along the coast of the Carolinas.

Arnold later tweeted that documentary filmmaker Bryan Fogel witnessed the attack and "has tape".

The eight-episode series follows Arnold as he searches for rumored recordings of Trump that are said to be potentially damaging. Whether that was enough to cause Burnett to start this physical altercation with Arnold, is yet to be seen.

One attendee told Variety that Arnold could be heard asking Burnett about outtakes from "The Apprentice". Arnold maintains that recordings exist of Trump using racial slurs and exhibiting misogynist behavior while shooting "Apprentice". "That bruise is from her last tv show", Mr. Arnold told us. Burnett says that the tapes are owned by MGM and he doesn't have access to them.

Hill Reporter reached out to Mr. Arnold regarding Downey's post.

Downey's tweet prompted a swift response from Arnold. "[Burnett] called to say that there are NO TAPES of the Apprentice where I used such a awful and disgusting word as attributed by Wacky and Deranged Omarosa", Trump tweeted last month.
