Apple Says 2018 iPad Pro Bending Is a Feature, Not a Bug

We examined our Apple-provided review unit of the 12.9-inch iPad Pro, which has been in our possession since late October but unused in storage since mid-November, and we did not observe any bending. This frustrated numerous users, especially those who did not get the Apple Care and can't exchange the already bent iPad Pro for a new one. The Apple is not considered the Bending as a Defect, the customer with clear consequences: you cannot expect compensation, but not more than grace hope. It seems to be purely a cosmetic slip-up, which might not be a big deal in and of itself, but this is Apple, a company infamous for being bullish on design.

At both retailers, you can get a 32GB 9.7-inch iPad with Apple Pencil support for just $229, a whole $100 off. However, some buyers of the model Wi-Fi also argue that faced with a similar.
