Everton’s Idrissa Gueye is still hoping to join PSG on deadline day

British soccer gurus Everton have refused to release Senegalese star Idrissa Gana Gueye to France's top of chart Paris Saint-Germain ending hopes for a stronger midfield, sources said Monday.

The Premier League duo are ready to rival Paris St-Germain for the Senegal global just days after the French champions bid of £21.5m was rejected by the Toffees hierarchy.

If PSG really is Gueye's "dream" switch, then the fact that he didn't get his move in January could light a fire under him going forwards.

And, even though the Premier League outfit have been adamant thus far that the player will not be sold, the French champions are understood to be planning a second bid of £26.2m following Gueye's transfer request, as per the Telegraph.

However, Everton coach Marco Silva recently said that no new bids have been made for Gueye, who is now nursing a slight injury.

The Senegalese global has been left out tonight by Everton manager Marco Silva for his side's Premier League match with Huddersfield.

However, one netizen has slammed this statement and insisted that Markle is disliked due to her dishonesty and overspending. While the former Meghan Markle's idea was very cute, she isn't the first person to write happy messages on banana peels.

The Senegalese global has asked the club to allow him join the French champions this month, according to Sky Sports News.

"He had a minor problem with his groin".

"After the match, I tried to find out if something new has happened because I expected your question and there's nothing new. There have been no new offers".

'When one club like PSG comes for one player, normally he will start to think on his future also, but now he has stopped (thinking about that). Nobody has told me.

"He is a really important player for us".
