Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt on when their young children can watch ‘The Hills’

Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt and Audrina Patridge are enthusiastic for fans to tune into Time 2 of “The Hills: New Beginnings,” but their young ones will not be watching the show — or its predecessor — just nevertheless.
