HHM Health and fitness is launching its very first Neighborhood Fit Club tomorrow, June 30, at its Pineland site in Vickery Meadow. The hour-extensive course will begin at midday on the 3rd ground.

Diabetes is a condition that has an effect on over 2.5 million Texans, and there are 621,000 who have diabetes and don’t know it. That is why HHM is increasing awareness of the difficulty with this conditioning club open to all.

The method will be guided by a registered nurse and dietician. The dietician will give a presentation on meals of the month, and the registered nurse will do work out demonstrations.
