Residents invited to support paint Bee Mural in downtown Hendersonville

Like a paint-by-number template, the ground-level sections of the Bee Mural downtown will be outlined and ready for residents to come out and help paint. Ages 5 and up can add their own touch to the mural.

Artist Matt Willey has been painting honey drips, chrysalises and a butterfly on the mural becoming designed on the exterior wall of Fingers On! Children’s Museum in the Azalea parking good deal on 3rd Avenue East amongst North Main Street and King Street in downtown Hendersonville.  

On Saturday, May possibly 1, the community is invited to join him and make a private mark by painting a petal or two on the mural, organizers reported in a news release. 

There is no demand to participate, but pre-registration is needed to restrict group dimensions according to CDC rules. Masks and social distancing are also essential.
